Your web site says it works with iOS 3.1 (I have 3.1.3), however after going back and looking at the app store the requirements there say 3.2 so it won't work on my unit. I didn't recheck at the app requirements at the app store after reading them on your website. I can't upgrade my iPod Touch to 3.2. Am I just out my $1.99? Will users be out of luck when the upgrades pass their current iPods/iPhones iOS? If the app won't work on an iPhone in a year when the app is updated, it doesn't seem like a practical purchase. If there's a way to use your app on my unit, I'd appreciate your help, if not I'd like a refund since I was going off the requirements listed on your site.
