I live in michigan & i can opencarry no card required, i`ve walked around in holster, now this is the beef, i`ve been told it would`nt be cool if i walked around with it out in open during town functions, where more people could get more educated why i`m carrying. I MIGHT SCARE THE PUBLIC !!!, so its legal, but keep the public **stupid** about the reason i opencarry. I can do something legal, just don`t scare the illiterate public in the dark. Been told its better to get CCW, yeah well been out of work since 2006, & on disibilty. don`t have 175.00 for it, was told by CCW teachers it would be better to have it " Guess out of Sight, Out of Mind." This is going to be my mission for the year to tell everyone i can in next months about the fact WE The PEOPLE can carry a handgun on your side, which is alot since i belong to a few good clubs with large newsletters, Don`t want to CCW rather opencarry if they think US Opencarry will ruin it for all to carry, like i was told by local teacher no one will be able to carry in resturants & etc..( Don`t want to ruin it for next guy, but this not teaching about, Just keep people DUMB to the fact, just don`t make any sense.) about the NO WEAPONS ALLOWED, where can i get a t shirt with that written, this is my beef.
